Welcome

This site was created, after some coaxing by some of my colleagues and clients, to share real practices, techniques and encouragement for business owners and managers.   The goal is, simply, to take some of the mystery out of growing and running a business.

You won’t find me touting a bunch of fads or gimmicks. Instead, this exchange will be based on my study and observations over the last 20 years of working directly with business owners, corporate executives, sales managers, operations managers, human resource professionals, sales & marketing professionals and a host of business experts.  These observations and experiences have led me to develop and refine some fundamental business practices.  It’s these enduring fundamental practices that I hope you find will take the mystery out of growing and running your business.  Just click on the “Home” tab above and you can start making better marketing and sales decisions.
